Thank You Charleston!
After twelve great years, Rutledge Cab Company is closing. “It’s been an honor and privilege to serve our loyal customers. We are grateful for their friendship and patronage,” said partner, Brad Creger. “We’d also like to thank our wonderful staff, past and present.”
We look forward to tossing the keys to a new tenant and watching from the sidelines as the property’s landlord. The decision to close Rutledge Cab Company will expedite that process and make way for a new restaurant to occupy this popular NoMo location.
Rutledge Cab Company was one of the first re-development projects in the now popular NoMo area.
Bill Murray, Mike Veeck and Brad Creger opened the upscale burger spot in an abandoned service station at 1300 Rutledge Avenue. After extensive renovations, the business opened in February of 2012.
Rutledge Cab Company enjoyed immediate success and continued to be a “go to” for locals and tourists until it’s closing.
